Transparency & Trust

Privacy & Policy

How we protect your data, handle your projects, and conduct our business — with full transparency.

Last Updated: February 10, 2026

Part A — Website Privacy

How we handle your personal data when you visit our website and use our contact form.

1. Information We Collect

Contact Form Submissions

The only personal information we collect through this website is what you voluntarily provide when you submit our contact form. This includes:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The message you write to us

What We Do NOT Collect

We want to be transparent — our website is a static site and does not use analytics, tracking scripts, or cookies. We do not collect:

  • IP addresses or location data
  • Browsing behavior, page views, or navigation patterns
  • Device information, browser type, or operating system details
  • Any data through cookies or similar tracking technologies

Hosting Provider Logs

Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) as part of standard server operations. We do not access, use, or analyze these logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information you submit through our contact form is used solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or message
  • Follow up on potential project discussions
  • Provide you with the information or support you requested

We will never use your contact information to send unsolicited marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content unless you explicitly request it.

3. Third-Party Services

Our contact form uses EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service, to send your message to our team. When you submit the form, your name, email address, and message are transmitted through EmailJS to deliver the email to us.

  • EmailJS processes your data solely to deliver your message and is bound by their own privacy policy
  • We do not store your contact form data on any server or database — it is delivered directly as an email
  • No other third-party services on this website receive your personal data

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Protection & Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us:

  • Our website is served over HTTPS, ensuring all data transmitted between your browser and our site is encrypted
  • Contact form submissions are sent securely through EmailJS's encrypted API
  • Access to our email communications is restricted to authorized team members only

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you not to include highly sensitive information (such as financial details or passwords) in your contact form messages.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Our website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, or any similar technologies. We do not track your browsing activity on our site or across other websites.

If we decide to introduce analytics or cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide clear notice before doing so.

6. Your Rights

Since we only receive your information through email (via the contact form), you have the right to:

  • Request to know what information we have from your previous communications
  • Ask us to delete any emails or records of your correspondence
  • Request that we stop contacting you at any time

To exercise any of these rights, simply email us at contact@introvera.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

Since contact form submissions are delivered as emails, they are retained in our email inbox as standard business correspondence. We do not maintain a separate database of your information.

If you request deletion of your correspondence, we will permanently remove your emails from our records within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has submitted information through our contact form, we will promptly delete it.

Part B — Company Policy

Our commitments to clients regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, quality, and professional conduct.

1. Client Confidentiality

Confidentiality is at the core of how we operate. When you engage Introvera for a project, we treat all information you share with us as strictly confidential:

  • Business ideas, plans, strategies, and proprietary information shared during consultations or project engagements are never disclosed to third parties
  • Project details, source code, designs, and documentation remain confidential and are not shared, reused, or repurposed without your written consent
  • We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before beginning any project discussions
  • All team members involved in your project are bound by internal confidentiality obligations

2. Intellectual Property

We respect and protect intellectual property rights — both yours and ours:

  • Upon full payment and project completion, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you as the rightful owner
  • We do not retain ownership of your custom project work after handover, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks we use (open-source or proprietary) remain under their respective licenses
  • We may request permission to feature your project in our portfolio — this is always optional and subject to your approval

Specific intellectual property terms are outlined in individual project agreements or contracts.

3. Client Data Handling

During project engagements, we may handle various types of client data including project files, credentials, API keys, databases, and business information. We follow strict practices to protect this data:

  • Access to client data is restricted to team members directly assigned to your project
  • Credentials and sensitive information are stored securely and never shared through unencrypted channels
  • We follow secure development practices aligned with industry standards
  • Upon project completion or termination, we will delete or return all client data and credentials within 30 days upon request
  • We do not use your project data for training, testing, or any purpose unrelated to your engagement

4. Communication & Transparency

We believe in clear and honest communication with our clients throughout every engagement:

  • You will receive regular project updates and progress reports at agreed-upon intervals
  • We communicate through professional channels including email, WhatsApp, and project management tools
  • Any changes in project scope, timeline, or cost are communicated and discussed with you before implementation
  • We provide honest assessments and recommendations — if something isn't feasible, we'll tell you upfront and suggest alternatives
  • All project-related communications are documented for reference and accountability

5. Quality & Delivery Commitment

We hold ourselves to high standards in everything we deliver:

  • All projects go through thorough testing and quality assurance before delivery
  • We follow coding best practices, clean architecture, and maintainable design patterns
  • We deliver projects within the agreed timeline — if delays occur, we communicate proactively and work to minimize impact
  • Post-launch support is provided as agreed upon in the project scope to ensure smooth operation
  • We stand behind our work — if something we built doesn't function as agreed, we'll fix it

6. Payment & Refund Policy

We maintain fair and transparent payment practices:

  • Project costs and payment schedules are clearly outlined and agreed upon before work begins
  • We typically work with milestone-based payments — you pay as we deliver
  • If a project is cancelled before completion, payment is due only for work already completed and delivered
  • Refunds for completed and delivered milestones are generally not provided, as the work has already been performed
  • Any disputes are handled through open communication and, if needed, mediation in good faith

7. Third-Party Tools & Services

In the course of our work, we may use third-party tools and platforms to manage projects and deliver services:

  • Project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Jira) for task tracking and collaboration
  • Version control platforms (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) for source code management
  • Cloud hosting services (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Google Cloud) for deployment
  • Communication tools (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp, Google Meet) for team and client communication

We select tools that maintain reasonable security standards. Where client data is involved, we ensure appropriate access controls are in place and remove access when the engagement ends.

8. Ethical & Professional Conduct

Introvera is committed to conducting business with integrity and professionalism:

  • We do not engage in or tolerate plagiarism — all our work is original or properly licensed
  • We provide honest timelines and cost estimates without hidden fees or surprise charges
  • We respect our competitors and do not engage in unethical business practices
  • We value diversity and treat all clients, partners, and team members with respect regardless of background
  • If a conflict of interest arises, we disclose it immediately and take appropriate action

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy & Policy page from time to time as our practices evolve or as required by law. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policies.
